After Hours Delivery

If you should have an emergency and you have your pet with you, there is a vault attached to the back of the house on the east side of the property. The house is cedar shake house, with white trim, a bay window, and a wooden deck on the back. ( There is no vault attached to the Pines office building.) The vault is the white door with the "vault" sign on it. Please be sure to close the door all the way so that all pets will remain safe!

 

 

Instructions: Place your pet into one of the fiberglass trays. Please be sure to place a paper with your name, your phone number, and your pet's name on it and place in the tray with your pet. Try to leave vault door open for just a few moments so that the heat/humidity will not hurt the vault. Please leave tray doubled.


Emergencies

Emergencies are handled as efficiently and promptly as permitted by the circumstances of the loss. Special services, such as calling for the deceased pet at home or at the veterinarian office, are available.
