I hope this review can be seen by many. I have brought both of my dogs here to be cremated; losing them was losing a part of me. They were so kind and caring. The 2 Labs in the office are such great grief counselors & just stay by your side. they allowed me to be with my dogs for an hour then I went with them to the crematory. It helped me to be with them to the end. In my will I already have arrangements for my dogs ashes to be buried here where they will be safe forever. Thanks to all of you!

I want to thank you for your services for my dog Sammy this week. You all are very kind and helpful. Also I wanted to recommend Miami Valley Pottery for a possible source of urns. This is a very talented potter who is also very kind and accommodating. His smaller lidded pots are very reasonable and beautiful as well! Thank you again for your help this week with my dear Sammy.

Thank you so much for your caring and expeditious service. The mailed poems and article on grieving were lovely, unexpected balms to our pain. This being my adult self's first loss of a pet (a stray cat who chose me off the city streets!), I especially appreciate the tender professionalism over the phone. That kindness began with my initial contact, remained with your patience as I called asking if her cremains had been delivered to our local vet clinic, and carried all the way to the notice it had been done. The service was worth every penny, and when the sad day comes that we lose another pet, we will remember who to call.
Our beloved Beagle mix “Kenai” passed away thirty two years ago in January 1982. We now live in Texas and only recently inquired into the status of our most loved family member. The Pines Pet Cemetery staff went out to gravesite in the original Section One, took numerous photographs and forwarded them to us along with a personal, handwritten & heartfelt sympathy card that brought tears to our eyes. We were so impressed with The Pines Pet Cemetery and what they have accomplished over the past thirty plus years that we made a special trip to Ohio on Memorial Day this year to see for ourselves. What a wonderful staff and impressive grounds! They put the nearby “People” cemetery to shame. It is no wonder so many people now want to be interred in the Pines Pet Cemetery along with their precious pets. We are so happy we chose The Pines Pet Cemetery for our Dog and rest easy knowing that Kenai is in good hands for perpetuity. Keep up the great work and God Speed your life’s mission here on Earth!

It was such a relief to be able to preplan arrangements for our girl Bella last week. The staff that helped us were wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. It was very comforting that they were able to pick her up from our veterinarian on Friday and we were able to have her cremains back to us on Monday. It really helped my grieving process. I would highly recommend The Pines to everyone.

The Pines is the most beautifully kept cemetery around. It should be the only place you consider when you lose a pet. Highly respectful and caring staff are there to lead you through the most difficult times.

The people who work at The Pines were very compassionate, respectful, and supportive when I had to bury my dog and cat recently. They call your pet(s) by their names at all times and treated them with respect the entire time. The way they arranged my pets in the casket was so wonderful..they captured the essence of my pet's relationship, which I did not expect. I appreciated the chapel for a last good-bye and eulogy, as well as the graveside service and prayer. It meant a lot to me that Spot and Charlie were given a respectful, loving burial and a beautiful, peaceful place to rest for eternity. They truly made a very painful, extremely difficult time for me a little easier. The cost was reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend them.

The Pines has been the greatest place and has the greatest most compassionate people working there you can ever imagine. Your beloved pet is treated with respect and kindness and a gentle hand. Many services are offered and there is something for everyone - no matter what - you are helped along by the staff in making each decision when you cant think and are crying, hugs and listening to your pets unique story is what they do. They ring the bells at your service upon request and it is the most beautiful of chimes. The resident dogs and cats make it so much easier when a dog comes over and licks your hand. I was in the cememtary visiting others of the family that had gone before when a resident came up behind me and knocked into me and licked me with a slurpy kiss - no person could have helped me during that moment. The place is beautifully kept ALWAYS. I highly recommend them for your pet loss needs and dont forget to preplan for the future so your beloved can have another by his/her side.

I am very blessed to have this place. They are very loving people. I drive from Indy to bring my furry kids here. It's just beautiful there. They are caring with all of your requests and are understanding when you call and you are having problems speaking, they are caring to let you get out what you need to and will offer so much comfort. I wouldn't use any other place.

I used the Pines Pet Cemetery for cremation for my cocker spaniel Sophie and the staff was excellent. They really wanted to know what she was like, they were very compassionate and empathetic and they sent me a packet of articles on pet grief that was helpful. They encouraged me to stroll their grounds which was so peaceful and comforting. The cemetary is beautifully maintained and very lovely as a final resting place for your beloved pet. I have since referred a friend and my sister to use their services and they were also pleased.

Our pet died unexpectedly in the evening and we were on the phone with The Pine Cemetery next morning. By the noon, they were taking care of our pet with the utmost respect. We, humans, received the most caring experience. They were comforting and very professional as they were explaining our options. The environment to spend the final moments with our pet was beautiful. We selected burial in a private grave for which we had numerous casket options. Also, there were endless styles of headstones. By 3PM they had the grave ready. They provided a modest but beautiful service at the grave as they lowered the casket into the ground. The private grave is $200 + a one time $100 maintenance fee. Everything else is optional, the casket is not required. The casket was $175 with beautiful silk like lining, cover and pillow. This is a very small amount compared to what we received throughout the years from our pet as a companion and a friend. The cemetery as a whole is beautiful with statues of pets, from rabbits to full size horses. It is a 30 acres beautiful place to walk around on a nice day. It is registered cemetery by the state, therefore by law nothing can be built on that could disturb the burial sites. Thank you from all our heart Pines and all of the employees there who made this day just a bit less painful. ...and Sally... our pretty girl... we love you and miss you forever.
